Emotions are part of what makes up our humanity, they are not bad or wrong, nor are they good and right...
The question is, what causes us to have various emotions and what do we do when they arise?
Do we love what Jesus loves, and hate what Jesus hates?

This is such a broad subject that could lead down so many paths. I guess I would pray that my heart is as close to His as possible. I am not Him and I am different due to Him so there will always be those differences.
I think I love Jesus and my heart longs to be like Him, but my flesh longs for people to like me. In light of eternity that doesn't matter who liked me when I was walking the earth, could someone please tell my flesh that?
